The Challenge: A company specializing in industrial gas production and delivery required a much better approach to promoting its complex product offerings.

Objective: To give sales and marketing teams an online solution to create offers in the field whilst ensuring no mistakes in safety and compatibility of equipment and gases.

Implementation: Created, tested and implemented an online portal, where all product groups were structured in order that the product selection process only and always combined compatible systems and gases. Then generate a proposal and ordering outcome that met the business requirements and safety required.

Result: Business transactions are error free and created quickly enabling the customer to buy with confidence.

Savings: Time to generate calculations for proposals (40% time saving), with fewer errors and returns (10% saving and near elimination of returns and transportation costs). High level of return business because of improved customer satisfaction levels (5% increase in sales).

Future Options: Connect advertising directly with the product groups and individual solutions. Targeted advertising can then be based on customer enquiries for a much higher enquiry to purchase ratio.
